Hello, my name is Tim Davis, owner of Drafting Consultants of Athens, Tennessee. I am a fully trained Home Designer with over 39 years of experience in the drafting field. My journey began in 1976 as a general draftsman, and since 1990, I’ve operated my own drafting service, completing over 700 new home and business architectural drawings. I also had the privilege of training under a licensed architect for 6 1/2 years, which further refined my skills.
One of the key advantages of working with us is our affordable rates. Because we operate exclusively online and maintain a lean business structure, we avoid the overhead costs that many larger firms pass on to their clients. We’re aware that some of our competitors charge double or even triple per square foot, but if you look closely at the different regions across the United States, you’ll notice that prices can vary widely. One thing’s for certain — we don’t believe in price gouging. We invite you to give us a try and see the difference.
